15th February - Swindon Winter Image Bonsai Show
The most important thing at this moment in time for me and the group is the upcoming Swindon Winter Image Show.
It's the first UK show of the year and as such holds a special place. Historically the old BSA was often featured there and I am glad to see shohin, and mame bonsai playing a significant part again. Along with the UK Mini Bonsai group, we will be staging a number of displays, from some that have never shown before. I will be doing some sort of a demo and there will be a Mini Bonsai question and answer session with Gary Careford and Mark Moreland. Should be great. Hope to see you there!
